Mercus Postbox
You can now find Mercus Postbox outside four of our stores - at Ringön and Sisjön in Gothenburg as well as in Malmö and Linköping. Specify when you order* that you wish to pick up in a postbox, and you can collect your goods at any time, day or night.
No App Needed!
There is no need to download an app, you can use your mobile's web browser instead. When you scan the QR code on the locker with your mobile camera, you are taken directly to the right page.

When Can You Pick Up?
You will receive a notification with a code via SMS from Mercus when your goods are ready for collection. If you do not receive this notification within 4 working days after ordering, please contact your Mercus store so we can check that we have the correct mobile number for you. Contact information can be found here.
How Long Will Your Parcel Be Available
Your package will be available in the locker for a maximum of 8 working days. After that, we will send a reminder that your parcel is instead available for collection inside the store during opening hours.
Encountering Problems?
- Make sure you have an internet connection, which is needed to use this service.
- It's important that we have correct mobile number so that the notification reaches you.
- If you encounter any problems, please contact the store staff or call 031-744 50 00 (weekdays 8-17) you can even email us at info@mercus.se and we will find a solution.
No returns via Postbox!
Currently, we cannot offer the possibility to return any goods via the Postbox solution.

Picking up goods in a Postbox is a possible choice when you make an order in one of our stores at Ringön Gothenburg or in Malmö, by phone, email, or via sales, but not yet for web orders.
